SHIPPPENSBURG – A 10-year-old boy was injured in a pedestrian crash Friday morning in Shippensburg.

Police said Eugene A. Deardorff, 76, Newburg, was driving on Burd Street at 8:25 a.m. Friday when Jonathan Johnson, 10, crossed the street. Police said the boy was not in a crosswalk.

The boy was reportedly flown to Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. His condition was not immediately available.

No one was cited in the crash, police said.
