Shippensburg man charged with driving under suspended license for 15th time
A Shippensburg man is charged with driving with a suspended license – the 15th time he has been charged with this offense, according to police.
Shippensburg Police spotted Bryan Gimbara, 33, driving in the 100 block of East King Street on Tuesday afternoon and knew that he didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
After he parked the vehicle, police made contact with him and charged him driving under a suspended license.
Police said he has been charged 14 previous times with driving under a suspended license. If convicted, he faces a $1,000 fine and 30 days to 6 months in jail.
