SHIPPENSBURG -  A Shippensburg man is charged with entering someone else’s apartment and vomiting on some electronics.

State police said Mitchell Keith Hess, gained entry to 418 N. Earl St., Apt. 2, last weekend. Once inside, police said he vomited on several electronic devices.

Police said he showered, cleaned up the mess and then left.
