Plain clothes detail nets several citations

SHIPPENSBURG – A plain clothes detail by police resulted in the issuing of several citations over the weekend.
Police said Jared Horning, 22, Millersville, was cited for disorderly conduct after police allegedly saw him urinate between 29 and 31 N. Queen St. Friday around 11:19 p.m.
Alexander Lombardo, 18, Millersville, was stopped by police Friday at 11:45 p.m. after allegedly urinating behind a residence on North Penn Street. He was cited for underage drinking — his third offense in a week. Alyssa Hervochon, 20, Boyertown, was walking with him and was cited for underage drinking — her second offense in a week.
Alex Satkunas, 20, Hollidaysburg, was allegedly spotted urinating behind a residence on North Earl St. Saturday around 12:15 a.m. When an officer approached, he allegedly tried to flee and resisted arrest. He was tackled to the ground and subdued, despite an injury to the officer’s hand, police said. He was charged with resisting arrest, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and underage drinking. His friend Ethan Beck, 20, Elizabethtown, was cited for underage drinking.
Twin brothers Brett and Bryan Lookingbill, 21, Littlestown, were cited for disorderly conduct following an alleged altercation at Sheetz Saturday at 3:20 a.m.
