SHIPPENSBURG – A 15-year-old is charged with harassing a teacher at Shippensburg Area School District.

Police said the teen, who was not identified, sent e-mails, letters and made phone calls that were “inappropriate and sometimes threatening.”

The student has not been taught by this teacher for more than two years. Police said the student was told several times to stop.
